One great way to maximize the nutritional benefit of your Mexican guavas is to drink them in this easy-to-make agua de guayaba. Mexican guava is high in vitamin C and this tasty beverage is typically made using both the skins and the seeds. Served on ice, it is a refreshing way to get some important vitamins that will boost your immune system. 


  • 6 or 7 Mexican guavas
  • ¼ go ½  cup sugar
  • 6 cups of water
