Berry Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Need a breakfast pick me up? We’ve got you covered today with our berry dragon fruit smoothie. With just 3 ingredients, you can whip up this tasty and protein-packed smoothie in five minutes.

Smoothies are all the rage these days, but we’re not seeing enough dragon fruit smoothies. Let’s change that up with our smoothie recipe - dragon fruit edition.

Made with frozen mixed berries, fresh dragon fruit and vanilla Greek yogurt for a creamy, delicious smoothie. Take it on the go with you or enjoy as a snack.

The sweet dragon fruit meshes well with the bold berry flavor. Creamy, vanilla Greek yogurt brings it all together and adds richness. You could try other yogurt flavors too like blueberry, strawberry or plain. Although, we do recommend you stick with Greek yogurt so that you get the thick consistency. Since regular yogurt is thinner, you may get a more runny smoothie if you use it.

You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Just know the more frozen fruit you use, you may need to add almond milk or a milk of your choice to get the right consistency.
