Jujube Ginger Tea Recipe

Looking to add a little something to an already delicious ginger tea? Try adding some jujube for a wonderfully Hawaiian twist. Mele Kalikimaka to you and yours.


  • 4-inch knob of ginger, peeled and sliced thin 
  • 8 jujubes (Chinese red dates), split in half 
  • Black sugar (Kokuto) or honey, to taste 
  • 3 cups of water
