- 2 oz gin
- 1.5 oz cranberry juice cocktail
- .75 oz simple syrup
- 2 caviar limes
- 3 slices green apple
Slice caviar limes in half and squeeze out pearls. Muddle thoroughly in a cocktail shaker. Add green apple slices and muddle well. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a petite spoon of caviar lime.
