Take a load off and transport yourself to the California coast with this cocktail that celebrates the Santa Barbara winter citrus and passionfruit harvest. This cocktail has become a new farm favorite. The sweetness of the orange juice paired with the tanginess of the fresh passion fruit and shrub make for a refreshing tropical taste. We like to pair it with tequila or mescal, but any or no alcohol will work.
Combine ingredients into a large glass with ice. Add more or less of any of the ingredients to fit your taste preferences. Stir and enjoy! Don’t forget to garnish with the sprig of fresh mint. Lightly whack the mint against the back of your hand before putting into the drink to “release” the oils!
