Persimmon, Fried Sage, and Goat Cheese Bites

I am always looking for new things to put out when I have people over. Yes, I love a good charcuterie plate, but every now and then you want something innovative! These persimmon bites are the perfect crowd-pleaser to make the crowd go, "what is that! LOVE IT"
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 24 small fresh sage leaves
- 4 medium ripe Fuyu persimmons
- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese (aka chevre)
