Pink Mountain Apple Rum Cocktail

If you have Hawaiian mountain apples, it's probable that you have a lot of them. They tend to ripen in a 3 week window leaving you looking for ideas of how to use them. This is a perfect way to use those mountain apples while enjoying a tropical cocktail hour.
If you just want a basic apple juice and rum cocktail, this recipe is great for that but also includes a variation for you mojito lovers. Just grab your juicer and your favorite cocktail glass and you're ready to get started.
- 5-6 oz mountain apple juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1.5 oz dark rum
For the mojito variation, add:
- 8 leaves muddled mint leaves
- Soda water
