Our crab salad has a fruity, tropical twist. With the citrus flavors of pomelo and caviar lime and the tropical flavor of the toasted coconut, we’re serving up a platter of beauty!
Butter lettuce topped with crab meat, pink pomelo, toasted coconut, avocado and a zesty dressing makes one heck of a flavorful salad that’s sure to satisfy. Don’t forget to top with our caviar limes for an added burst of flavor!

Enjoy this salad as a main meal for lunch or dinner. Serve it alongside roasted potatoes or a warm cup of soup.
Wanna get fancy with serving? Instead of chopping the butter lettuce, try serving scoops of the salad in leaves of lettuce for a fun look. Pair with crackers on the side to use as a way to scoop and eat the salad out of the leaves or just use a good ‘ol knife and fork.
