Pomegranate-Orange Cooler

Our pomegranate orange cooler is made with fresh orange juice, pomegranate juice, white rum, ginger ale and lemon juice. The sweet citrus and tart pomegranate make this a crisp, refreshing drink!

Pomegranate can be used any time of year, not just the holidays! The seeds quite literally burst with flavor when eaten and add a beautiful touch to the cooler. We love garnishing dishes and beverages with these seeds and think you’ll love the bright flavors of these tiny but flavorful seeds.

If you’ve ever prepared a pomegranate before, you probably know the pigment can dye your hands and clothes. If you’re using our fresh pomegranates, we recommend removing the seeds in a bowl of cool water so that the seeds don’t burst onto your clothes. You can also wear gloves and an apron to protect your clothes and skin.

Pairing the fresh orange juice with pomegranate is a match made in heaven! The sweet citrus blends well with the tart pomegranate, making these coolers a delicious and refreshing beverage.

Thanks to the ginger ale, they have a bubbly fizz, which also adds sweetness and spice to the drink. If you’re a fan of fruity drinks, you’ll love this recipe!
