Sapodilla Malted Milkshake

Time for a classic milkshake, but let’s give it a twist - a fruity twist. Sapodilla has a super sweet, brown sugar-like flavor, making it a great add-in to a milkshake. With the fruit’s hint of malt flavor, they blend up well with chocolate malt powder and vanilla ice cream.

Start by mixing the sapodilla with sugar to create a syrup. You’ll then freeze it for less than 2 hours so that when the sapodilla goes in the blender, it blends up smooth and creamy. Add in the ice cream, milk and malt powder and blend until you get a thick and smooth milkshake.

Top your shake with whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry on top for the ultimate ice cream dream. Heck skip dinner and just jump right to dessert - no one’s judging here!
