Make the Crust
Follow the recipe for the Graham Crumble and press ingredients into a parchment lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Make sure to spread it into an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. While the crust is baking make the filling.
Make The Filing
In a medium bowl whisk together the Vanilla Syrup, Butter, Eggs & Egg Yolk. Once combined, add the Cornstarch and whisk until combined. Next slowly drizzle in the lime juice while whisking and combine until smooth. Gently pour mixture over the pre-baked crust and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool on the counter until the bars are room temperature then cool in the refrigerator until set (3-4 hours). Use a sieve to cover the surface of the bars with the powdered sugar. Run a butter knife or spatula around the edges of the pan before cutting.
