Eufloria was born from her reaction to life reawakening in the spring after her first winter back in Massachusetts. Nothing is more joyful than the seemingly impossible burst of life that occurs after the land has been buried in snow for months. At Eufloria Addy specializes in growing cut flowers, culinary herbs, and peppers. As a chef-turned-farmer, Addy is most inspired by the point at which food moves beyond function and takes its place in culture. There are few crops that are as significant and widely distributed around the globe as peppers. The unique stories of each variety, as well as gifts of seeds that she received from friends and neighbors, have inspired Addy each year to continue expanding her offerings and saving seeds to share with her community.
