Its lush edible landscape is the result of rich soil and an ideal tropical climate for growing heirloom varietals, locally cultivated tropical varietals and herbs. 

With relationships that have blossomed over the years, Paradise has long been a destination for local chefs in the Greater Miami area to source their specialty produce, choosing from a variety of edible flowers (67!), medicinal herbs, specialty microgreens, mushrooms and tropical fruits. The farm’s seasonal produce box is available to members of the community and they also provide the Met International School Miami’s garden-to-table curriculum and organic lunch program.
