Please note, the following refund policy refers to FruitStand Experiences and not to the farm boxes listed on the site. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee on farm boxes that are shipped at this time. If you have not received your farm box, please let us know and we will do everything we can to fix that situation.
If you did order one of our "experience" boxes of specialty produce, this applies to you. Since we work with fresh fruits and vegetables, we can't control every aspect of what you receive, but we've tried to come up with a simple refund policy we hope addresses any issues you might encounter.
It's pretty simple - if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your produce and we'll make it right.
Before you dispose of the produce, please take a picture of the produce. Since this is often new and exotic fruit, what might not look "right" may be perfectly safe and the photos help us handle your concerns as quickly as possible.
If the fruit is bad or you aren't satisfied, we will either give you your money back. That's it.
