At FruitStand, we want every aspect of your discovery into new and interesting produce to be as satisfying as possible. Since we work with fresh produce, we can't control every aspect of what you receive, but we've tried to come up with a simple refund policy we hope addresses any issues you might encounter.
It's pretty simple - if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your produce and we'll make it right.
What does that mean? We give you two choices:
- A complete refund; or
- A donation to Feeding America in your name to help feed the hungry.
That's it. If you aren't satisfied and you let us know, we will either give you your money back or buy a meal for a family in need.
