About The Harvest
A mix of delicate white flesh Dragon Fruit and rich red Dragon Fruit. This tropical fruit is nature’s showstopper. With tiny seeds like the kiwi fruit, and flesh like it was blended between a pear or watermelon. Once sliced, the sweet, delicate and hydrating flesh can be scooped out by the spoonful, or peel off the rind to reveal its wonder. Add to salads or smoothies, but most likely enjoy raw and chilled.
Each box will contain 3-5 Dragon Fruit (about 2.5 lbs). This is a LOT of dragon fruit! But don't worry—what you can't eat right away, you can easily freeze and enjoy for months!

You’ll never get Dragon Fruit this fresh so indulge upon arrival! Slice through the leathery rind lengthwise, or peel from the soft spikes to reveal a tender magenta outer flesh. Slice in half or in small cubes to either spoon out your refreshing fruit or add smoothies, yogurts or salads. Store in the fridge for up to 2 day. As your fruit starts to age the flesh will turn slightly translucent. its still good, but you'll want to enjoy your fruit soon!

Beautiful and delicious
I was admittedly a bit intimidated by these beauties when they arrived. I waited a few days, which was a mistake! When I get them next time I will cut into them straight away! They were still delicious - we made a gorgeous purple salsa and then opened and froze the rest for smoothies. OMG! These were the best smoothies EVER. Tart and sweet - I made sure to get every last drop! Highly recommend.
