The Story Behind...

We’ve teamed up with chile master James, from Brushfire Farms, to share a spicy new adventure with you! What even is a Chile Pequin? James says these peppers aren't commonly known in the culinary world, yet they deserve just as much glory as their habanero and serrano cousins. Packing a little more heat than your standard pepper jam, his Pequins are a little smoky and he highly recommends using this one for your next grill marinade!
