  1. Peel the skin from each clove of garlic. 
  2. Cut off the hard clove end. 
  3. Carefully mince your garlic. 
  4. Add to your oiled pan and allow to brown slightly as the base for your additional ingredients.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight
  • Do not store in refrigerator - it will start to sprout
  • Allow garlic to breath (do not place in airtight container or plastic)
  • For long-term storage, place in a cool and dry, dark pantry, cupboard or cellar

They pride themselves in cultivating with their hands, just like their family did. They weed and farm the old fashioned way—one hand in the dirt and one hand on a hoe.

The Garlic Gods have a long heritage in farming specialty crops! They’ve been farming the same land their great grandparents homesteaded way back in 1908, and pride themselves in doing it the old fashioned way! No harsh chemicals or mechanics of modern-day farming—just hands in the dirt.

The Gods selected four varieties of medium to spicy heirloom garlic that will give you the perfect assortment for robust dishes like marinara or garlic sauce. If you love a strong garlic flavor and sometimes feel like store-bought garlic doesn’t have enough umph, try this box and add a little extra kick to your meals.

Your garlic will store through early 2021, making it an easy decision to stock up for the whole winter. The spice of your garlic will intensify with maturity so don’t forget to let your garlic breathe in a cool, dark space while you store it!

  • ½ lb Inchelium Red: Medium and robust
  • ½ lb Susanville: Rich, garlicky flavor
  • ½ lb Early Italian Purple: Sweet and mild
  • ½ lb Lorz Italian: Hot and spicy
  • 2 lb of garlic total (around 12 - 20 bulbs)
    Bulbs range in size depending on variety, 1.5 in. to 3 in.
